When it comes to post-secondary education, there are many options. St. Lawrence College offers more than a hundred full-time programs at modern campuses in Brockville, Kingston and Cornwall. Queen’s University’s main campus in Kingston is easily accessible. If your family is looking at colleges and universities in Ottawa, then Algonquin College, the University of Ottawa and Carleton University are all within reach. It’s under an hour to the US border. 

But there are some things big cities offer that we can’t promise you here: that hours-long commute in bumper-to-bumper traffic.
